Good luck to Coach Mark as he heads to Mission Viejo for Masters' Nationals!  We'll be watching for PR's and hope that he has a fabulous weekend connecting with masters swimmers from all over the US. Also competing at Nationals is ASC swimmer John Hammerstein, who competed with ASC at meets during the past couple of long course seasons.  VERY EXCITING !

This week's practices are "regular" times, but some are with different coaches as Coach Kerry is off island all week and Coach Mark leaves at the end of the week. Reminder - Gold Group does NOT have practice on Wednesday.

  • Gold - Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 5:15 - 6:30 w/ Coach Robert 
  • Senior - Monday, Tuesday & Wendesday 3:30 - 5:15 w/Coach Mark
  • Senior - Thursday & Friday 3:30 - 5:15 w/ Coach Barbara
  • Gold & Senior - Saturday 7:30 - 9 AM w/ Coach Barbara

First Meet - September 14 in Kona

Gold, Silver & All Bronze Families - Monday, September 2nd from 4:30 - 5:30 there will be a PARENT MEETING with a POOL PARTY for SWIMMERS!  At the Parent meeting, Coach Mark will be discussing USA Swimming regulations, registration, Safe Sport, and ASC coaching philosophy, officiating opportunities and more. *Parents of New Senior Group Swimmers are welcome to join the parent meeting.
