  • Bronze 2 - Monday & Wednesday 4:45 - 5:25 w/ Coach Barbara
  • Bronze 3 - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 5:30 - 6:15 w/Coach Lauren (Mon) and Amanda (Wed/Thurs)
  • Silver - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 5:30 - 6:30 w/ Coach Barbara
  • Gold - Monday, Tuesday Wendesday, Thursday 5:15 - 6:30 w/ Coach Kerry
  • Senior - Monday, Tuesday, Wendesday, Thursday  3:30 - 5:15 w/Coach Mark
    • Senior - NO PRACTICE FRIDAY - Cross Country Meet on Campus
  • Gold & Senior - Saturday - TBD 

USA REGISTRATION opens Sept. 1 for those who are not registered - more information to come later this week.  

First Meet - September 14 in Kona

Gold, Silver & All Bronze Families - Monday, September 2nd from 4:30 - 5:30 there will be a PARENT MEETING with a POOL PARTY for SWIMMERS!  At the Parent meeting, Coach Mark will be discussing USA Swimming regulations, registration, Safe Sport, and ASC coaching philosophy, officiating opportunities and more. *Parents of New Senior Group Swimmers are welcome to join the parent meeting.
