  • Bronze 2 – 4:45 – 5:25. Monday & Wednesday w/ Coach Barbara
  • Bronze 3 – 5:30 – 6:30 - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday w/Coach Amanda
  • Silver – 5:30 – 6:30 – Mon, Wed & Thurs w/Coach Barbara
  • Gold** – 5:15 – 6:30. Monday, Tuesday, NO WED**. Thursday w/ Coach Kerry NO PRACTICE WEDNESDAY for GOLD
  • Senior** –  Mon.7:30 - 9 AM, Tues.Wed, Thurs & Fri. at 3:30pm w/ Coach Mark & Coach Kerry
  • Gold & Senior: Saturday, 7:30 – 9 AM  w/ Coach Mark & Coach Kerry

Next Meet is October 19 at Kamehameha Schools, in Kea'au.  50 Swimmers have committed to the meet, 10 are still "undeclared". Deadline to sign-up is Saturday, Oct. 12. 

For the pentathlon, swimmers pick events in the same track. Swimmers may choose events and not follow a pentathlon track.  Swimmers should talk to their coaches. Coach Mark will be in Michigan this weekend, as he has the honor of being the emcee for legendary Michigan and OIympic Coach Jon Urbanchek's celebration of life.

  • TRACK 1: (9-18)100 Butterfly, 100 Backstroke, 100 Breaststroke, 100 Freestyle, and 200 IM
  • TRACK 2: (0-18) 50 Butterfly, 50 Backstroke, 50 Breaststroke, 50 Freestyle, and 100 IM
  • TRACK 3: (8&U) 25 Butterfly, 25 Backstroke, 25 Breaststroke, 25 Freestyle, and 100 IM

ASC MEET SCHEDULE:

  • Oct. 26-27: Bill Smith Invitational, Oahu – Qualifying Times INV or faster and 2 Bonus Events
    • Meet announcement and meet file posted to website - girls in AM / guys in PM
    • Times from Oct. 19 events will count, as entries emailed October 20.
  • Nov. 2:  HPA, Big Island Swimming
  • Nov.15 – 17:  Senior Champs, Oahu – Qualifying Times Sr. A and 2 “B” if “Sr - A”
    • Meet notice posted on our website
  • Dec. 7: Kona, Big Island Swimming – afternoon, piggy back High School Meet
  • Jan. ?? A second piggy back meet tbd
  • Feb. 8: Kona, Big Island Swimming – Last Chance to Qualify for States / JAG
  • Feb. 27 – March 2: Kona, Hawaii Age Group Champs – Qualifying Times Required
  • Mar. 8 & 9: Junior Age Group Champs, Maui – Qualifying Times Required
  • Mar. 27 – 29:  Kona Senior Spring Invitational, Kona – Qualifying Times Required
