CONGRATULATIONS to Kali Kennedy (13) & Jace Buscher (11) who competed in the 3 day Southwest Age Group Regional Swim Meet in Sacramento with Coach Kerry. There were 800 swimmers ages 14 & Under at this elite age group meet. WOW !! I look forward to hearing about their experience, and the challenge of swimming prelims and finals at this level of competition. Be sure to ask them what it was like - - could it be a goal to set for yourself?

The next swim meet is Sunday, April 6, at HPA and is an AMax meet.  This means that swimmers may compete in any events in whch they have NT, a C, B or A time. More experienced swimmers are welcome to compete in their off events.`As soon as the meet file is posted, you can sign up!

Practice this Week (Monday is Prince Kuhio Day - and there is practice! )

• Bronze 1 - Mon & Wed - 4:00 - 4:40
• Bronze 2 - Mon & Wed - 4:45 - 5:25
• Silver - Mon, Wed & Thurs - 5:30 - 6:30
• Gold - Starts Mon, March 31.
  • Gold Swimmers who are competing in the April 6 meet, may workout with Silver group this week.

  • Mon. 7:30 - 9:30
  • Wed & Fri:  5:45 - 7:15AM
  • Tues & Thurs: 5:15 - 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: 7:30 - 9:30
