WOW !! 48 swimmers are signed up to compete in the BIS Meet, Saturday, April 26 at HPA.  This meet is a new format that BIS is trying for the season.

  • 7:30 AM – Warm-ups for Distance
  • 8:00 AM – 1000/1650 Free (own timers)
  • 8:20 AM – Warm-ups for Session 2
  • 9:15 AM – Start – Last Event 200 Free Relay

More details to come after all of the teams have submitted their entries.  There are 30 slots for volunteers in the job sign-ups.  You can sign up by going to the team website, events and competition, April 26 Meet, job sign-ups. PLEASE FIND A WAY to HELP!!  THANK YOU.

  • Bronze 1: 4 - 4:40 Monday and Wednesday
  • Bronze 2: 4:45 - 5:25 Monday and Wednesday
  • Silver: 5:30 - 6:30 Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Gold: 5:15 - 6:30 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Senior: Check Coach Mark's Google Doc for Details
    • Mon, Wed & Fri - 5:45 - 7:15 AM
    • Tues - 5:15 - 6:30 PM

NEW OPTION - May 10: Keiko Price Sprint Invitational – LCM – VMAC, Oahu

Events are 4 x 50 of each Stroke. This meet honors Keiko Price who was coached by Coach Kerry when he was head coach of Aloha Aquatics on Oahu. The meet announcement isn’t posted yet - - but the draft shows 12 & U swim Saturday AM and 13 & O swim Saturday pm – A Time entry requirement. Coach Kerry will be there for the event & deck coach any ASC swimmers.

NEW OPTION - May 24-25: Sakamoto Invitational – LCM – Kihei, Maui –

All events are offered at this 2 day LCM event, including distance, with swimmers able to swim 10 individual events. On Sat & Sun, 10 & U compete in the am session while 11 & 12 compete in the pm session. 13 & Over compete both sessions Sat & Sun. Inv or faster times are required, 2 bonus events allowed. ASC is looking for 8 swimmers to compete, then ASC will support sending Coach Barbara for Deck Coach.

    • Senior Champs June 19 - 22, Oahu, VMAC - deck coach Mark
  • June 28: SILVER/GOLD/SENIOR - Big Island Swimming Meet at Kamehameha - LCM
    • Hawai'i Age Group State Champs July 17 - 20, Oahu, VMAC - deck coach Kerry
