To those swimmers competing in the Anaeho'omalu Race on Saturday, May 3 - hope the weather is beautiful and you have fast swims!

PRACTICES THIS WEEK:

  • Bronze 1: 4 - 4:40 Monday and Wednesday
  • Bronze 2: 4:45 - 5:25 Monday and Wednesday
  • Silver: 5:30 - 6:30 Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Gold: 5:15 - 6:30 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Senior: Check Coach Mark's Google Doc for Details
    • Mon, Wed & Fri - 5:45 - 7:15 AM
    • Tues & Thurs - 5:15 - 6:30 PM​

NEW OPTION - May 10: Keiko Price Sprint Invitational – LCM – VMAC, Oahu

Events are 4 x 50 of each Stroke. This meet honors Keiko Price who was coached by Coach Kerry when he was head coach of Aloha Aquatics on Oahu. The meet announcement still isn’t posted - - but the draft shows 12 & U swim Saturday AM and 13 & O swim Saturday pm.  An A Time in any 50 is the entry requirement to swim all 4 50's. Coach Kerry will be there for the event & he will be the deck coach any ASC swimmers.

NEW OPTION - May 24-25: Sakamoto Invitational – LCM – Kihei, Maui –

All events are offered at this 2 day LCM event, including distance, with swimmers able to compete in 10 individual events. 10 & U compete in the am session, and 11 & 12 compete in the pm session. 13 & Over compete both sessions Sat & Sun. Inv or faster times are required, 2 bonus events allowed. We are excited to offer this option for our swimmers to get experience swimming in a long course meter venue. Coach Barbara will be the deck coach for this event.
