Keiko Price Sprint Invitational, Saturday, May 10 on Oahu.  ASC swimmers Samuel Evanovich, Sydney Simms, Zion Wong Yuen & Mauna Kea Yamashita will be competing in the meet, with Coach Kerry, former AAA Head Coach and coach for Keiko!

PRACTICES THIS WEEK:

  • Bronze 1: 4 - 4:40 Monday and Wednesday
  • Bronze 2: 4:45 - 5:25 Monday and Wednesday
  • Silver: 5:30 - 6:30 Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Gold: 5:15 - 6:30 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Senior: Check Coach Mark's Google Doc for Details
    • Mon & Wed - 5:45 - 7:15 AM
    • Tues - 5:15 - 6:30 PM, Thurs - 3:30 - 5:30 PM & Fri - 3:30 - 5 PM
    • Sat - 7:30 - 9:30 AM

May 24-25: Sakamoto Invitational – LCM – Kihei, Maui – ENTRIES due May 17th.

All events are offered at this 2 day LCM event, including distance, with swimmers able to compete in up to 10 individual events. 10 & U compete in the am session, 11 & 12 compete in the pm session and 13 & Over compete both sessions on Saturday and Sunday.  Inv (AA) or faster times are required, with 2 bonus events allowed.  Coach Barbara will be the deck coach for this event.

  • June 7: ALL SWIMMERS - Big Island Swimming Meet at Kamehameha - LCM 
    • Senior Champs June 19 - 22, Oahu, VMAC - Sr, Champ Cuts required - deck coach Mark
  • June  28: GOLD & SENIOR GROUPS- Big Island Swimming Meet at Kamehameha - LCM - deck coach Kerry
    • Hawai'i Age Group State Champs July 17 - 20, Oahu, VMAC - CH cuts required - deck coach Kerry

Coaches Vacations - Workouts will continue, as coaches cover for each other.

  • Coach Barbara: June 11 - June 30
  • Coach Mark: June 24 - July 4
