Happy Mother’s Day! 

Congratulations to Mauna Kea, Samuel, Sydney and Zion who competed in the Keiko Price Sprint Invitational Saturday, May 10 on Oahu. It was their first Long Course Competition for the season and they posted many best times! Special acknowledgment to Zion who made his Championship Cut in the 50 Breast.

PRACTICES THIS WEEK:

  • Bronze 1: 4 - 4:40 Monday and Wednesday
  • Bronze 2: 4:45 - 5:25 Monday and Wednesday
  • Silver: 5:30 - 6:30 Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Gold: 5:15 - 6:30 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Senior: Check Coach Mark's Google Doc for Details
    • Mon - 5:45 - 7:15 AM
    • Tues – Fri: 3:30 – 5:15 PM
    • Sat - 7:30 - 9:30 AM

    • Session Ends for Bronze & Silver on Monday, June 9
  • June 20 – 22:  Senior Champs, Oahu, VMAC - Sr, Champ Cuts required
    • Deck Coach - Mark
  • June 28: BIS Meet at Kamehameha - LCM – Gold / Senior Groups
    • Deck Coach - Kerry
  • July 17 – 20: Hawai'i Age Group State Champs Oahu, VMAC - CH cuts required
    • Deck Coach Kerry

Coaches will be on vacation, but workouts will continue as coaches cover for each other.

  • Coach Kerry: May 20 - June 16 
    • Gold - Coach Barbara will cover Gold from May 21 - June 11 & Coach Mark June 12 - 16
  • Coach Mark: June 24 - July 4
