We are in the process of finalizing arrangements to have 2021 Olympic Champion and American Record Holder (100m Breastroke) Michael Andrew, 2024 European Champion Petra Senanszky (50m Freestyle), 2025 World Bronze Medalist Mikel Schreuders, and 2025 World Champion (4 x 100 mixed relay) Patrick Sammon here on Friday evening and Saturday morning before they depart the islands.

Tentative Schedule

• Friday 330-5:30 pm with Silver (Get to know the athletes, nutrition,  technique work in the water on underwater dolphin kicking, turns, starts, and stroke technique). Pending Silver group commitment, we may run the first of two senior sessions on Friday afternoon as well.
• Saturday 730-9:30 Gold and Senior groups: Get to know the athletes, nutrition,  strength training, underwater dolphin kicking, turns, and IM turns.

COST: 

• ASC is working on offsetting the cost $60/athlete as well as the $1600 in travel, car, and overnight stay.  If you have any accommodations and would like to pick up the athletes (Friday, noon) and return them to the airport (Saturday, 10 am), please let me know.
