Commitment deadline for the Sunday, Dec. 14 meet is here!  Please commit or decline your swimmer asap! 

Practices THIS week:

  • Bronze 1 & 2 – New Season starts February 23
  • Silver:
    • Mon, 5:30 – 6:30 – w/Coach Amanda & Coach Greg
      • NO Practice, Wed, Dec. 10 as coaches at HPA’s LS Chapel
    • Thurs, 5:30 – 6:30 – w/Coach Amanda & Coach Robert
  • Gold: w/Coach Kerry
    • Mon & Wed – 5 – 6:30 PM
    • Tues & Thurs – 5:15 – 6:30
  • Senior: 
    • Mon, Wed & Fri – Optional AM – 5:45 – 7:15 AM
    • Mon & Wed:  3:30 - 4:30 water work, 4:30 - 5:30 weight room
    • Tues & Thurs: 3:30 – 5:00 swim

2026 USA Swimming Membership Renewal due this month! You can go to your USA swimming account and click on “renew membership”.  This is for all swimmers, officials and coaches!  If you registered this fall for the first time with USA swimming, you are already 2026 registered.

  • March 7 & 8:  JAG CHAMPS in Kailua, Oahu – INV & A TIMES – w/Coach Barbara
  • March 12 – 15:  Senior Sectionals in Federal Way, WA – w/Coach Mark
  • March 19 – 22:  14 & U NW Age Group Regionals in Federal Way, WA – w/Coach Kerry
