Thank you to all of the parents who were ready to help out at today’s meet.  It was really disappointing that we had to cancel, but we know that it was the prudent decision.

LOST and FOUND – will be on the pool deck for pick-up Monday and Wednesday of this week – 10 water bottles and a tote of clothes!  Everything will get washed and go to St. James on Thursday.

PRACTICES – PLEASE CHECK as limited days and different times over HPA’s break:

  • Bronze 1 & 2 – New Season starts February 23
  • Silver: w/ Coach Barbara
    • Dec. 15 & 17, Mon & Wed, ONLY 5:00 – 6:00
    • Dec. 22, Mon. ONLY  4 – 5 PM
    • Dec. 29, Mon. ONLY, 4 – 5 PM
  • Gold practice w/Coach Kerry
    • Dec. 15, 17 & 18, Mon, Wed, Thurs (No Tuesday), 4 – 5:30
    • Dec. 22 & 23 – Mon & Tues, 8 – 9:30 AM
    • Dec. 29 & 30 – Mon & Tues, 8 – 9:30 AM
  • Senior Group – be sure to check Coach Mark’s google link for updates
    • Mon and Wed.: 7:30 – 8:30 swim / 8:30 – 9:30 weights
    • Tues, Thurs & Fri: 7:30 – 9:30 swim

IMPORTANT - 2026 USA Swimming Membership Renewal DUE!

You go to your USA swimming account and click on “renew membership” for your athletes.  This is for all swimmers, officials and coaches! THANK YOU for taking care of this detail before the end of the year! High school swimmers must renew for their times at BIIF and STATES to count in the USA database. If you registered this fall for the first time with USA swimming, you are already 2026 registered.

Last Regular Season Meet:

  • Feb. 7 – BIS Schedule “B” at KCAC – EVERYONE
    • ​Entries for this meet will need to be strategic, as it's the last chance for making qualifying times for Sectionals, NWAGR, 14 & U states and JAG 

Spring Championship Meets:

  • Feb. 26 – Mar 1:  14 & U AGE GROUP CHAMPS at VMAC, Oahu – w/Coach Kerry
  • March 7 & 8:  JAG CHAMPS in Kailua, Oahu – INV & A TIMES – w/Coach Barbara
  • March 12 – 15:  Senior Sectionals in Federal Way, WA – w/Coach Mark
  • March 19 – 22:  14 & U NW Age Group Regionals in Federal Way, WA – w/Coach Kerry
