Happy New Year and hope that everyone is getting back in the groove.  High School season is “full steam ahead” with 2 league meets left before league championships. Age Group Competition resumes Feb. 7th at KCAC !

PRACTICES this WEEK - Gold slightly different !

  • Bronze 1 & 2 – New Season starts February 23
  • Silver: w/ Coach Barbara & Coach Amanda
    • Mon, Wed & Thurs: 5:30 – 6:30
      • Season ends w/ Age Group Champs - 
  • Gold:
    • Mon, 5:15 – 6:30 w/Coach Greg
    • Tues. 5:15 – 6:30 w/Coach Greg
    • Wed, 5 – 6:30 w/Coach Kerry
    • Thurs, 5:15 – 6:30 w/Coach Kerry
      • Season ends w/ Age Group Champs
  • Seniors: Be sure to check google cal for changes to High School Schedule
    • Mon, Wed, Fri – AM option
    • Mon & Wed – Swim / Weights
    • Tues & Thurs – Swim
    • Fri - HPA TEAM PHOTO @ 3:30 – Workout to follow
    • Saturday, Jan. 10  – MEET at Kamehameha – to be confirmed - -

Last Regular Season BIS Meet is in ONE MONTH !!

  • Feb. 7 – BIS Schedule “B” at KCAC – EVERYONE
    • ​Entries for this meet will need to be strategic, as it's the last chance for making qualifying times for Sectionals, NWAGR, 14 & U states and JAG. Senior group - this is the weekend between BIIF and HHSSA champs - - you would only swim if you need to make a cut in an event you're not swimming in High School.

Championship Meets:

  • Feb. 26 – Mar 1:  14 & U AGE GROUP CHAMPS at VMAC, Oahu – w/Coach Kerry
  • March 7 & 8:  JAG CHAMPS in Kailua, Oahu – INV & A TIMES – w/Coach Barbara
  • March 12 – 15:  Senior Sectionals MOVED to BOISE, IDAHO – pending – w/Coach Mark
  • March 19 – 22:  14 & U NW Age Group Regionals in Federal Way, WA – w/Coach Kerry
  • March 18 – 21: Kona Senior Spring Invitational – Kona
