  • Bronze 1 & 2 – New Season starts February 23
  • Silver: w/ Coach Barbara & Coach Amanda
    • Mon: 4:30 – 5:30 (early time – focus on starts)
    • Wed & Thurs: 5:30 – 6:30
  • Gold: w/Coach Kerry
    • Mon – NO PRACTICE
    • Tues. 5:15 – 6:30
    • Wed, 5 – 6:30
    • Thurs, 5:15 – 6:30
    • Fri – EXTRA PRACTICE - 5 – 6
  • Seniors: Be sure to check google cal for changes to High School Schedule
    • Mon: 7:30 – 8:30 AM swim / 8:30 – 9:30 weights
    • Tues & Thurs, Fri  - 3:30 swim
    • Wed – 3:30 Swim / 4:30 Weights
    • Wed, Fri – AM swim option w/ Masters
    • Saturday, Jan. 24  – MEET at HPA – Potluck to follow “honoring seniors)

Last Regular Season BIS Meet:

  • Saturday, Feb. 7 – BIS Schedule “B” at KCAC – EVERYONE
    • PLEASE COMMIT or DECLINE on the ASC Website
    • ​Entries for this meet will need to be strategic, as it's the last chance for making qualifying times for Sectionals, NWAGR, 14 & U states and JAG 

Championship Meets:

  • Feb. 26 – Mar 1:  14 & U AGE GROUP CHAMPS at VMAC, Oahu – w/Coach Kerry
  • March 7 & 8:  JAG CHAMPS in Kailua, Oahu – INV & A TIMES – w/Coach Barbara
  • March 12 – 15:  Senior Sectionals MOVED to BOISE, IDAHO – pending – w/Coach Mark
  • March 19 – 22:  14 & U NW Age Group Regionals in Federal Way, WA – w/Coach Kerry
  • March 18 – 21: Kona Senior Spring Invitational – Kona
