Western Swimming Senior Zones - St. George Utah, at Utah Tech University. The USA Swimming Western Senior Zones wrapped up day four with some great efforts and personal records (PRs). 800 swimmers were competing from over 30 teams from Colorado, Utah, Nevada, California, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Arizona, Wyoming, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii. X Rose led the charge in the evening finals with a victory in the 100 Breaststroke (photo). Congratulations to all: Lola, Morgan, Pemma, and Eddy who represented the girl's team. ASC families - Kona Aquatics and Kona Dolphins arranged for the Fitter Faster Swim clinics to come to their pool (date below) for work on starts and turns. There are some spots available for members of ASC and other clubs. Spots are limited and there is a cost involved.
